Adult Karate

Isshinryu Karate is held at 8:00 PM on Thursday evenings. Isshinryu
uses hand and foot techniques in a balanced approach as well as some
basic grappling and a variety of Katas or forms. This is
a true martial arts class in which you, with hard work, can be
promoted to higher belt levels. Basic exercises and techniques are
first learned, with sparring (controlled fighting with pads) on the
third, fifth, and seventh weeks of a seven week session. This
class is for basic through advanced students. A Gi (uniform) is not needed
for the first session.

7-week session.
Cardio Kickboxing
Who:
Everyone 14 and up
When: 7:00 PM on Mondays and 9:00 AM on Saturdays
Where: Aerobics Studio

Cycling
Don't forget your water bottle and
towel! This is a moderate to high intensity cycling class, although
you can adjust the cycle resistance to accommodate any fitness level.

Flexibility Training
This group class utilizes a progressive plan of stretching and
strengthening exercises that can offer the following benefits: increased range of motion and circulation, improved balance and
mobility, reduced soreness, and better functioning of muscles,
tendons, ligaments, and joints. They meet 3 days a week with
mats, balls, chairs, elastic bands, tubing and dumbbells.

Pilates
Integrated full body workout emphasizing core strength and
flexibility. This workout
is designed to make a stronger, leaner you.
Our certified instructor will show exercise modifications to
enable most participants to fully participate in this class. As your technique improves, the variety of exercises will
continue to challenge you.

SilverSneakers® Classes
These group classes are designed specifically for Senior Citizens and
their specific physical needs. These classes offer the following
benefits: increased range of motion and circulation, improved balance
and mobility, reduced soreness, and better functioning of muscles,
tendons, ligaments, and joints. They utilize small balls, chairs, elastic bands, tubing and dumbbells.

Tone and Sculpt
This is a full body workout combining cardiovascular exercises and
muscle toning activities.
This is an easily modified class and is great for the ready-to-be fit
that haven’t participated in a fitness class before as well as the
seasoned fitness participant. This class also uses weights, mats,
balls and elastic bands.
